Applications for all roomates in your group must be submitted prior to scheduling a tour. 

The Amstel Associates Rental Application is available as a PDF file for download and completion. 

Please fill out the application below and send it together with all of your roommates to amstelassociates@comcast.net or mail it to Amstel Associates at: 

P.O. Box 705, Landenberg, PA, 19350. 

Once received Amstel Associates will contact you for a tour.

    • Attach all applications together and drop them through the mail slot in the foyer of the Amstel Square building (enter on parking lot side). 


    There is no application fee. Amstel Associates will contact you for a tour once submitted and proceed from there.
